We take on our individual responsibility to become leaders, not only to help ourselves grow, but also help others and aid sustainable development for the entire global community.

Every organization exists for a reason. What drives YHAD-Tanzania’s compassion is the needs of the youth in Tanzania. We are honored to serve those in need and become part of the bigger and global solution. Our care is revealed in our Motto: Raise Oneself to Help Mankind, based on a philosophy that the most important job is living to help others while also improving oneself. We are inspired by our love and pursuit of wisdom to utilize our intellectual capacities and moral self-discipline to serve our community.

YHAD-Tanzania is dedicated to educating, inspiring, motivating, team working and collaborating with all stakeholders to create a highly successful and brighter youth generation, making a difference for the entire community of Tanzania and the world.

Our aspiration is to empower the youth, particularly, the less fortunate youth and children through creative and innovative socioeconomic opportunities for them to realize progress and lead a meaningful and purposeful life. We work towards paving the way for a better and safer world for the current and future generations. Our commitment to a sustainable future embeds in a strong sense of transparency and accountability. Driven by our values, we ensure that we are always conscious and respectful of the environment and the communities.

We take initiatives and permit ourselves to reach out and enjoy a moment of our life by spending some time with those youth and children who really need help and support.

We have observed them and come to realize that they are really talented and highly capable of becoming future leaders.

We understand that children and the youth are the most talented and highly intelligent individuals.

One of their talents is creativity, which requires nurturing.

YHAD-Tanzania is highly determined to explore the youth and children’s talents through teamwork and solution-based activities.

We believe that the youth and children are vulnerable and require the most protection. Education empowers them from ignorance and abject poverty, makes them stronger and more confident, enabling them to grow into caring, responsible and self-reliant individuals, especially in controlling their lives and claiming their civic, economic and political rights. As we serve the youth, children and communities, we educate them about various issues. We strive to promote their knowledge and skills as well as increase their awareness on diverse socioeconomic, cultural and political aspects of life such as entrepreneurship and investment, human rights, diseases control, drug abuses, gender mainstreaming and environmental conservation. While striving to enhance youth’s knowledge and skills, well-being, morality and morale, YHAD-Tanzania observes the following values:
